    Research method would have been used

    The research method that would have been used includes positivism research philosophy and deductive approach that ensures more scientific and practical way of research but it is useful and effective only in case of quantitative research method thus, does not support qualitative research method. Further, use of work breakdown structure could be made for better bifurcation of research work.

    CONCLUSION

    In accordance with above research it can be concluded that workplace discrimination lead to negative impact on performance of organisation through hampering efficiencies and morale of employees. Further, creation and management of equality and fair workplace is essential to have better morale and satisfaction level in employees. At last it can be summarised that effective communication, regular training session and transparent decision making are effective approaches to encounter challenges of workplace discrimination.
